We had a lovely dinner here. We had the sharing option on the menu which came with a variety of meat and fish options. The chef prepared some extra veggie options for us as we enquired after veggie options. Delicious alcohol free cocktails available too. Service was friendly and attentive. The environment - cosy and welcoming. Would recommend.

We had a great dinner here, food constantly surprised us and the staff were super friendly! We had black box as the starter and Agus rice table as the main, all tasted great! They also adjusted the dishes as we have one pescatarian. For desert I’d recommend black sticky rice and pandan pancake.

We had a couple of starters to share, then on to the 'rijsttafel'. The restaurant has a great warm atmosphere and the service is friendly. Food was excellent. Especially loved the sate's We can recommend.

pricey but We have a perfect lunch ever., Indonesian foods at its best., staff is so friendly., with a lovely cozy outmosphere., recommended., i give Ron Gastrobar a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars

We had an awesome dinner. The Indonesian rijsttafel is divine, well prepared and served by super friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended.

It’s quite expensive, especially the starters. Quantity was way too less for the price. The rijsttafels were good in terms of portion size but most of the flavors were sweet and it’s not for me! Ambience was good. Waiting time was very high.

Everything was amazing! The chef came out and talked with us for quite a while and gave us something special to take home for my father who was unable to join us.

First time in Laren, was before at Ron Amsterdam and Ouderkerk a/d Amstel and it isn’t officially not a star for me this evening it was a star. All came together the crew ( Henk and Ingrid ) , the food , the drinks and great conversations. This plas is outstanding, low profile but still professional. Flavors are very balanced and we preferred the Duck Loempia, belly porc and Froid grass. Thank you all 🫶🏻
